If you are a member of the class of 2028, you must have taken part of our general access program (GIFT) in the fall in order to apply. If this requirement has not been met, current freshman can participate in GIFT in the spring in order to apply for membership in the fall.

Coffee Chats to Open January 15th

We want to get to know you and give you the opportunity to get to know us. To that end, we offer numerous events and event types throughout the recruiting process.

  • GUSIF Information Session

    • Date & Time: Tuesday, January 14th, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, MSB 130

    • Description: Event will consist of a brief presentation on the organization, followed by a panel of current GUSIF members, and open Q&A. Attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive on time.

    • Sign-up: No need to sign up.

  • Diversity Panel

    • Date & Time: Thursday, January 16th 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, MSB 140

    • Description: Members within GUSIF will be sharing personal experiences of their time in GUSIF. The panel will be followed by an opportunity for attendees to get to know and chat with current GUSIF members.

    • Sign-up: No need to sign up.

  • Women’s Panel

    • Date & Time: Sunday, January 19th, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm, MSB 145

    • Description: Female members within GUSIF will be sharing personal experiences of their time. The panel will be followed by an opportunity for attendees to get to know and chat with current GUSIF members.

  • GUSIF Coffee Chats

    • Date & Time: January 16th and 17th

    • Description: Coffee chats with current GUSIF members and leadership.
